Project Management
Detail Oriented Project With Difficult Deadlines
Project Highlights
Consulting Services
Work Performed
A Project Manager was needed for a large signage project to be completed in the span of three months (Nov, Dec, & Jan).
Short Timelines
In Mid-November Spin Digital Consulting started the three different signage needs (window film, ADA signs, and general building signs). The project needed to be completed no later than January 31st, so the building was ready for final inspection and occupancy on January 4th.
Three Concurrent Unique Activities
There were three activities (environmental graphics, ADA signage, and general signage) that were all happening concurrently and on the same timeline. Each of the activities required an independent budget and approval process.
Design Concept Finalisation
Installation Coordenation
The installation scope was complicated by materials being held up by the review, approval, and production process. All four floors of the building were also active construction areas that limited access for installation.
Expedited Acquisition Process
Digital Floorplan System
Production Design
To save time, the physical signage production design was included with the overall production scope. The environmental graphics could not be finalized before installation. A process was put in place that prioritized the availability and flexibility of the graphics material over a bit of waste in production. This prioritization made it possible to execute the Designer’s concept without having to wait on materials.
Installation Sprints
Completed Project On-time
Code Requirements Met
All of the ADA, fire, and safety sign requirements were met on the first inspection.
A Pleased Interior Designer
“Beautiful! Thanks for keeping things elegant!”
